Elizabeth City North Carolina NC 1940s view of the Elizabeth City State Teachers' College  which was established in 1892 for the purpose of training Black teachers in the elementary field.

Jethro Pugh who played for the Dallas Cowboys from 1965-1978 played his college football here.

This is an unused Asheville Post Card Co postcard in excellent condition.
