Indianapolis Indiana IN 1923 photo postcard of Ralph DePalma in his Indy 500 "Packard Special" racecar. DePalma won the 1915 Indy 500 and finished 15th in 1923 due to a head gasket problem. Photo by W. Frank Jones of Indianapolis Indiana. Postcard was glued on a black picture album page and cut off the page so there is no information visible on the back. Front side is in excellent condition and was carefully trimmed from the album page.
